Tyra aka T, was an absolute gift. While living in Indiana my mom found a home that was just listed & inquired. My husband and I were having a conversation about possibly having another baby, outgrown our current house and neighborhood and not even sure how we could even get another house because we refinanced all our equity out when the rates were lower. Tyra immediately asked if we had thought about simply renting out our house instead of selling. She asked if she could put us in contact with a local loan officer she knows personally. We aren’t quite ready to go just yet, but after talking to the loan officer we will be there sooner than never. We are thankful to have hope that a bigger house may be in our future sooner than later.
